Order AND NOW, to wit, this 17th day of July, 1992, we grant Appellant's Application for Clarification and amend our order
of May 7, 1992, which presently reads: that the Order of the York County Court of Common Pleas dated September 5, 1991 and before us at 2080 C.D. 1991, is reversed
and the case is remanded to the trial court with instruction to remand to the Zoning Board to grant Dallmeyer a special exception
to construct a 160 lot mobile home park. Dallmeyer's appeal of the Order of the York County Court of Common Pleas of the same
date and before us at 2079 C.D. 1991 is dismissed as moot.
