1 The dispositive issue here is whether the defendants counterclaim constitutes a separable and unrelated cause of action whose disposition may result in a judgment. We answer in the negative, dismiss the appeal, and hold that the trial courts denial of summary judgment on the counterclaim did not determine an entire cause of action. This is so because the terminated counterclaim is plainly and inextricably interrelated with the unresolved claims being pressed by the plaintiffs. No judgment can be rendered in this case until all of the parties claims will have been decided.
